Our event venue is THEMUSEUM at 10 King St W, Downtown Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. It is a modern museum with multiple floors for dancing, a fully staffed bar, and unique spaces throughout that we have access to. Find out more here.

Yes! Our venue is super unique and not a hotel, which means there is a short walk to get from the hotel(s) to the venue. We have TWO hotels to choose from, you can see the details here.

Yes, in order to compete you need a full weekend pass. The New to West Coast Swing pass does not meet the criteria of a full weekend pass.

If you're competing in Novice or above, you'll need your WSDC number to register. You can search for your name on the World Swing Dance Council website to find it.

Welcome, we have a pass for you! If you're brand new and want to learn more, our New to West Coast Swing pass gives you access to Newbie Workshops held by local instructors, a spectator pass for competitions and shows, and access to social dancing in the evenings so you can try your new skills!
